MultiAssess at the Insurance Company
MultiAssess* is adapted to manage, monitor and control claim-handling at insurance companies. It sets a uniform standard for generating electronic damage estimates. The MultiAssess tool can be easily integrated into the insurer's claims management system.
The product manages assessment handling, including either in-house or contracted assessors. Damage estimates are transferred directly via the Internet from the individual assessor in the field to the assessor's office and the insurance company. Copies, in full or in part, can be sent online to various departments and branches, and others interested in receiving the assessment data.
To maximize data-mining and information management opportunities, all the data is instantly available for statistical and administrative processing.
This package is the only one on the market to integrate replacement parts e-commerce into assessment procedures.
Control of supplier payments on the claims-file level (including control of individual part price) is an important feature.
The goal of developing this software was to allow insurers to set their working procedures and instruct assessors about insurers' stipulations concerning specific procedures.
