MultiAssess at the Assessors office
MultiAssess* is a windows-based estimates management system in the automotive assessors office.
The software generates complete documented damage estimates for assessors.
MultiAssess supports every stage of damage file management, including reception of the work order, determining the estimate using comprehensive databases and parts price comparison, employing a digital photo & document archive, digital file transfer to the insurer, charging assessor's fees, etc.
MultiAssess provides access to MultiCat & MultiPrice for accurate part identification and pricing, allowing assessors to write estimates faster, more accurately, and in greater detail than ever before.
MultiAssess includes a charges control feature - it automatically compares charges received digitally from the repair shop, or the parts supplier, with the assessor's estimate. It allows the assessor to validate the charges received.
MultiAssess also includes sophisticated online file sharing features for the participants in the claim process - insurer, insurance agent, repair shop, parts supplier and others.
